With the help of the Cofidis Customer Portal, you can easily review your existing contracts, in the case of a Revolving Credit, you can start refinancing at any time or initiate the expansion of your credit limit. You can also apply for credit protection insurance. You can review your personal data and initiate their modification. You can also send a message to our customer service.

By logging in, you acknowledge the data management related to the use of the Cofidis Customer Gateway and the contents of the Cofidis Customer Gateway User Manual.
For the time being, the Cofidis Customer Gateway can be used by our private customers with a Hungarian mobile phone number, but not by our sole proprietors or legal entities.

Here's how to get started:
- Download the Cofidis Customer Portal application.
- After starting the application, log in using the login ID number you received earlier.
- After that, enter your phone number as shown on the screen.
- Authenticate the specified phone number using the identification code sent via SMS.
- After that, enter a password that you want to use to log in from now on.
- Due to the two-step identification, your login ID number, the password you entered and the identification code sent via SMS will be required for all logins and data changes.
