Ratings and reviews

The app no longer works. Hangs up on login. Deleting and re-downloading the app does not fix the issue. Tried on multiple devices (Android, iPhone). Used to work seamlessly for years. There is no way to manage certain account features on the Telekom website, so the app is critical. Please fix ASAP.

This app is working correctly for handling bills, and payments. Though, it is so much stuffed with ads, new offers that it can't handle to load. Many times I had to wait over 1/2 hour just for landing on the start page. - This makes it combersome and frustrating. 🥴 I was trying to uninstall, clear data, and reinstall. Still not working, I couldn't get in. I'm struggling already for the second day for simply getting to entry. I will have to go to a shop place for paying my bills - ridiculous

Useless app for foreigners. Registration dialog is in Hungarian. Telecom doesn't care or don't want English speaking customers. Update: 6 years later. Now is mix of English and Hungarian, mostly in Hungarian. Still have a lot of space for improvement. For that I'm changing 1 star to 2 stars for effort.
