GoodsMart is a premium household delivery service. Our box is installed outside your home to receive orders without a knock on your door. You can place orders daily until 12 AM with no minimum amount required or delivery fees, and receive them by 6 AM. The application offers various categories like food and beverages, personal care, pharmacy, pet care, and more. It also features popular shops such as TBS, Lychee and Dina Farms. This service is now available in over 400 compounds across 6th of October, Sheikh Zayed, New Cairo, Madinaty and Rehab, with more locations coming soon.

yani if there is an option to give it by minus I will do it gladly I registered and paid 1 month fees, didn't receive the box I contacted the call centre no one answered, I contacted on the WhatsApp they just says sorry someone will call and then no one calls for 2 days after it soooo baaaaad app not recommended to anyone at all

This has been by far the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered, and the app is equally disappointing—completely unreliable and frustrating to use. The customer service is consistently unhelpful, and the app itself is practically useless. Despite repeated complaints, there has been no proper follow-up. People keep responding with the same replies over and over without taking any further action, making it clear that the issues are being ignored.

You'll have to pay subscription in order to make an order. It's not an expensive subscription but it's about the concept itself. Why would i pay for an app if there are other free alternatives ? Better to use other apps like Instashop or others. Also once you download the app they'll keep calling you 90 times and sending you on whatsapp till you answer to tell you how to use the app, or to know if there are any concerns or why you undownloaded. Really really annoying and unprofessional.
