I thank you so much, for being so responsible for handling the problems I face, I had to experience 2x when I went to use these apps to buy some products but i can get it, as a result the payments were made back in the form of freshcoins from the allofresh, But here I would like to express my very satisfied with the urgency of the CS allofresh apps to receive complaints and to handle the matter straight on. May the apps proceed forward and more users use their allofresh service without worrying

Bad first experience transacting in Allofresh. I checked out 2 papayas and 3 other products. They got me informed that the papayas was sold out AND I could not cancel the order. Minutes later, they told me that the fruit is ready and they immediately sent my order safely. Turns out, the papayas are no longer fresh and unsuitable for consumption where I had to DUMP IT TO THE TRASH BIN. What a rubbish app!

Haven't registered an account yet, just checking the price and availability of things I usually bought on an offline supermarket. I don't think I will need the app yet. The price are slightly more expensive and there are products that I need but not yet available.
