Installing this for Tulus Concert Tour. This is truly hopeless, 4 hours of waiting and error still occured. It says that my connection is poor, WHAT A JOKE! I left the app for a while, when I get back it is said that the tix was sold out -_- Sorry to say but this is a real huge disappointment.

This app is very easy to navigate, pretty good UI. But maybe as an input, you can collaborate with other E-wallet companies for easier payments, also more complete database of artists and events.

This app sucks. You guys should fix your server and anything related to it so that the customer can use the application without having any bugs! Please!!!!
