I must say that I'm annoyed by the new Livin Update. User behavior is expensive. Once you have comfortable with the app behavior, you don't want to change. The way you change the access to CC info and transactions: From swipe + 1 tap around the same screen area. To 4 taps all over the screen area (portfolio, pinjaman, and expand cc + access the cc) is twice the effort.

I've been using this app for more than 5 years, but it's really disappointed me because recently, after I changed my device, I can't login to the app. It always says that I need additional verification after I finish face verification. It's been 2 weeks, and the problem is still not solved. I've called 14000 and visited the branch office many times, even changed my debit card twice a week, updated my data at the bank, and still can't login. Their responses are very generic and not helpful at all

Unusable, I can't login into my own account during face verification process. I already went to the branch office, they told me to clear application data. That doesn't fix the issue. It's been weeks and I'm still locked out of my own account
