May be lowest but sometimes they delivered rusty, broken items. Some of my order I found that some items are missing and also don't get specific answer, get some system generated email/chat reply. Delivery is so late even if the order is prepared. Always make an unboxing video. Product delivered still showing 'on its way' and for that I am not able to delete the account. Not going to buy again.

Worst experience!! Customer chat support reply after hours that too with insufficient and improper answers, Mail support is also do the same, It explains on website that orders are dispatched in 0-1 days, 5 days already passed no progress on my order, no tracking available,not dispatched. THEY DON'T ALLOW ORDER CANCELLATION!!! Theysay its in process, what kind of progress need 5+ days to complete and get it dispatched. There is no option for cancellation anywhere once u paid, NO REFUND!!!

Pros: 1.Good store. 2.Cheap products. 3.Far better than HNHcart and other kids. 4.One of the main reason why it's surviving is, it has great customer care support. Cons: BUGS,but app needs to be improved.. automatically kicking back from app.. Amazon delivery partner is awesome but other are, facing issues with xpress bees, Delhivery.. etc...
