Worst customer care support. Nobody bothers to answer your queries on toll free number. For last 4 days I'm try to get connected to customer executive for help. Pathetic response. How do you expect your posp to generate business for you without proper support. No clarity on credit card sections. No dedicated person for supporting the POSP. Need to improvise if u want to survive the competition in the insurance and other financial products platforms.

This is totally worst app. They didn't give you any commission after the policy done successfully. Even they didn't pick up your phone when you ask about your commission from the Relationship Manager. Don't waste your time on this fraud app.😡😡😡😡

I changed my ratings from 3 to 1 because of a refund issue I already raised to the team 2 months back.My issue is not resolved till now and I'm not getting any proper response from the team.I have provided all the documents team asked including bank statement but no refund has been received till now.I lost trust on turtlemint team.Worst experience I ever faced
