Earlier, I was using the PSPCL app without any problem. I could easily check and pay my bills and also register complaints. But after updating the app, all my saved accounts have disappeared. Now the app is not showing anything – it only says “Account missing or changed” and keeps showing “Refreshing account list” again and again, which makes no difference at all. This update has made the app completely useless. Instead of improving, the service has gone backward. Kindly fix these issues.

after the latest update to verify the registered phone number, the app is only working on mobile data. if the phone is connected to wifi, then the app login is working, but no service is accessible over the wifi network. you need to change to mobile data to access services like my bills, supply status, etc. Kindly look into it and fix the issue.

The app is not showing daily electricity unit consumption, even though I have a smart meter. I contacted the PSPCL electricity team, and they said this issue is related to the app backend. It's been a long time and the problem still exists. Please fix this issue in the next update. Daily consumption data is very important for users to track their usage.
