Paid $50 to get the premium package . The app lags/ hangs so much that it is impossible to watch something on it even with high speed internet . Everytime I try to forward the video, I have to wait for another 20 seconds for the video to roll. It is so frustrating . Waste of my money. I would never buy premium version again and for the free version, I would prefer other platforms if I can find the same content there. I hope someone sees this and fix it. This issue has been going for a long time

Not at all user friendly. Missing grid view or vertical scrolling option to browse. It is pain in the @$# to browse the titles horizontally. There's no sort/filter criteria for page up/down to go to specific episode or even ascending/descending order... Also, there must be an option to mute when the previewing of the title or thumbnail.

Terrible streaming. Gets stuck 10 minutes at a time. They ask for premium subscription for picture-in-picture, a feature in smartphones for users' convenience and not the app's feature itself. Wouldn't be surprised if they ask for an upgraded subscription to view videos in full screen, or to protect your account with a password
