We have an indoor and an outdoor unit. The outdoor unit stopped working within a week, replaced and the new one stopped working that day after a looong time with support saying it looked great on their end. Gave up on the outdoor unit. The indoor unit worked. Now the app upgraded and cannot connect, deleted, re-download 2x. Support is 'closed'. Useless would be neutral, so worse than useless? Unfortunate.

It's expensive, and just awful. It simply doesn't work, and I've given up trying to make it work. Setup seems simple on unboxing, but it took me several tries to finally get things connected. The instructions weren't helpful. Within a couple of weeks, my outdoor sensors went offline, for no obvious reason. Support resources aren't helpful.

Would have been great if the sensors worked. The initial setup was pretty easy and the integration with our PMS was also straightforward and free. At that point I was actually pretty excited. After a few months, however, our guests started to get false alarms. First, only the outdoor sensor did this, and then the indoor one joined. As a result, we lost trust in the system and turned it off. Tried to contact customer support with no response.
