Mastercheck was created to allow the digitization of any control and reporting procedure. It is the fastest and easiest way to generate and distribute checklists (questionnaires) on the Mobile App, eliminate paper through digitization and guide any activity.
MasterCheck is made up of three elements: an App for smartphone or tablet, a WEB Dashboard for administration and the Checklists which are the heart of the system.
By Checklist we mean the set of items (questions) corresponding to the checks to be performed or to be reported in the various stages of more or less complex operations, often managed on paper.
The questionnaires that can be created are practically infinite and allow you to collect texts, photos, videos, audio, read barcodes or interact with company badges via NFC technology.
The Checklists can then be assigned to a single User or even a Team. The team was created to group a series of users united according to a logic chosen directly by the customer: role, work affinity, skills, etc.
At the end of the completion of the checklist, alarm situations may arise immediately notified to the person in charge of collecting the reports. At the choice of those who create the Checklist, it is also possible to collect the signature of the User who completed the questionnaire and possibly choose to affix a digital signature in accordance with the law (eIDAS regulation compliant) and / or affix a time stamp to give it legal value. The system generates reports and draws graphs to analyze the behavior of certain situations (for example of danger).
It can also be used as a tool for maintenance management. Finally, with the support for reading the QRCode, it can also be easily used for marketing purposes or collecting opinions.
