The Segnala APP, directly connected to the Segnalazioni Web application, was developed by Q-Web to offer Citizens a simple and intuitive tool with which to report faults or disservices found in their territory.
Through the APP, the user can:
- select the municipality you belong to
- send a report geolocating the place of intervention, inserting information and images relating to the outage
- consult your reports and their status
- view all reports received by the Municipality
