This application allows you to read the stories of the collection "Once upon a time ... fairy tales" (published in 1882) by Luigi Capuana, master of Italian Verismo.
Fairy tales, written in a prose quickly, as simple as possible, rich choruses, chants and cadences remain perhaps the happiest work of Capuana. They do not arise from an interest in the Sicilian folk music heritage and are not harvested as documents of popular psychology, but arise from the invention (Wikipedia).
