Excellent service! Everything was perfect, easy to browse app with good variety. I placed the order and chose to pick it up from the branch. It was ready in less than 30 min, one of the items was sold out, and I found the employee waiting for me at the cash counter with alternatives from which I can choose to replace, so I don't waste my time looking for them! Amazing, keep it up 🫶🏻

Why clear my cart? I add items to it every now and then when I remember. Yesterday I created it, today it's gone! Don't clear the cart, just get a developer that can update it when we open the app again!!!

A horrible experience. Period! During the curfew, I registered an order through the app that contains many items. The date of delivery that was generated by the app was 4 days later, which is perfectly understood, given the circumstances. However, this date was never respected. I received the order after almost a week, with many items missing and with goods that I never ordered included in the shipment. When I complained to the delivery person, he said that I should contact Cozmo. Brilliant!
