* 1 The latest 50 transactions are displayed from the transaction details for the past 62 days including the inquiry execution date.
* 2 Whether or not to notify is determined by checking the transaction details up to the day before the day of the week or the day before the date specified by the customer. If there is a transaction after the previous notification judgment date, the smartphone will be notified on the specified date.
If you make a transaction on the day before the specified date, you may be notified on the next notification date depending on the transaction time.
Notifications may be delayed or not possible due to the status of the smartphone terminal itself, communication, the safe system, etc., or the model may not be notified. Please check the services provided.
* 3 "Okane no Kanri Powered by Moneytree" is a service provided by Moneytree Co., Ltd.
By linking to "Moneytree ID" from "Hekishin App-Smart Management Plus-", you can check the balance and usage details of registered financial institutions, credit cards, points and miles.
* 4 Various procedures can be performed without visiting the store. The procedure will be completed within 2 business days after application.
Regarding the opening of a savings account, about 10 days after application, an IC cash card, etc. will be mailed to you by mail only for you, which does not require transfer.
For new applications for personal internet banking, a "customer card" etc. will be mailed to the delivery address of the Bank within about 2 weeks after the application.

Individual customers who have a savings account and a cash card of Hekikai Shinkin Bank (excluding opening a deposit account).
* Up to 4 sub-accounts can be registered in this app in addition to the user account (main account) registered for the first time.

* There are times when the service will be suspended due to system maintenance by the Bank or Money Tree.
■ How to use
After downloading this application, on the user account registration screen, the store number / account number of the savings account, name (zenkaku kana), date of birth, phone number delivered to the safe (last 4 digits), cash card PIN Please enter your number and email address and set your login password.
* The verification code will be sent to the email address you entered, so enter the verification code on the screen of the app. If you have restrictions on domain-designated reception, you may not be able to receive emails from our safe. Please make settings in advance so that you can receive emails from "@ hekishin.co.jp".
After registering your account, you can use it by entering your login password or biometric authentication (authentication method that uses the face and fingerprint registered on your smartphone).

■ Notes
・ This application can be used free of charge, but the communication charges for downloading and using the application will be borne by the customer.
・ This app may use the location information of the customer's smartphone when distributing various information such as campaigns related to the products and services of Hekikai Shinkin Bank. If you do not wish to receive it, select this application from the setting screen of your terminal and turn off the notification setting.
・ We recommend security measures such as installing security software to prevent the smartphone on which this application is installed from being infected by computer viruses or malicious programs.
・ This app has a function to send notifications from the app by push notification in conjunction with the current location information even when you are not using the app. You can choose not to use this function when you start this application for the first time. GPS is used by default to properly deliver notifications based on highly accurate location information. Please note that the battery is low because GPS is used to acquire the position. You can always select a setting that consumes less battery (does not use GPS).
