This app is a smartphone app for customers who have a JRE BANK account.
*Cannot be used with other Rakuten Bank branch accounts, personal business accounts, or corporate business accounts.
You can use the app 24 hours a day, anywhere, to make transfers, check deposit and withdrawal details, and check your balance.
*Excluding times of system maintenance.
Sending the documents necessary to open an account can be completed faster than by mail if sent from the app.

●Sending identity verification documents/certificate documents
- You can easily submit documents such as identity verification documents and certificates required for opening a JRE BANK account and applying for a loan from the app.
[About login using biometric authentication (biometric authentication function provided by Google)]
This feature allows you to log in to the JRE BANK app without entering a password by registering your biometric information on your smartphone.
*Please enable biometric authentication settings in the JRE BANK app settings (after logging in) before using.
*Biometric information used for biometric authentication can be added or deleted in the device settings.
■Biometric authentication compatible OS/compatible terminals
- Fingerprint authentication can be used with models that support the fingerprint authentication function installed in Android OS 6.0 or later.
-Other biometric authentication can be used with models that support the biometric authentication function installed in Android OS 9.0 or later.
Please note that depending on the smartphone model you are using, there may be restrictions on the authentication function, screen display, etc.
