I didn't like the new updated interface. UX was not the best. I don't need loans nor credit cards. What I need the most is transfer between accounts, get money with qr code, and instant payments. Currently, the interface is cluttered with an overload of information that I find unnecessary, such as loan and credit card offers. Simplification and focus on essential functions would enhance the usability for me.

My overall experience has been terrible, the bank and its payment system are extremely unreliable. The latest update simply locked me out of the app, so I literally can't use its services anymore! It doesn't launch without providing a lot of extra personal data and additional biometry, even though I'm a long time client already! Just a cherry on top of the awful service that regularly doesn't work. Basically a scam, I will be leaving this nonsense asap.

It would be really helpful to see the detailed breakdown of the blocked amount since the processing of most payments takes a few working days and by then you get rid of the receipts and can't cross-check the actual deduction.
