About this app

The KVB-App provides time tables, trip planning, navigation as well as a ticket shop for busses and trains in the area of Cologne and around.

Beside the trip planner and discruption information you are able to get live data for your station. The KVB-App offers all information about KVB-Rad, Car-Sharing and Taxi-Ruf in Cologne.

You can register yourself an account, localize vehicles and bicycles and you are able to book a bicycle/care directly.

- Save station and ticket favorites and change their names individually

The KVB-App will be updated and enhanced with new features and functions frequently.

Ratings and reviews

I have no clue how this app can fetch data so extremely slow even on WiFi. If it weren't for buying tickets, I would instantly uninstall this app. Also, it is absolutely ridiculous that one has to enter personal data to pay when being registered while none is needed without an account. And of course, I have to retype my payment method's details again on every purchase.

Hello! I tried purchasing a ticket 3 times now with no luck. Once through PayPal and twice through Visa Card. I am not able to complete my purchase, haven't received a receipt and fortunately my card had been charged either. Now I was able to purchase a ticket via a ticketmachine since I had some time but if anybody is in a hurry it's difficult to explain to the conductor why a valid ticket can't be produced since your app doesn't seem to work. Looking forward to your reply!

Visiting Koln on holiday. Arrived at Koln hbf having purchased three tickets in advance. All showed up in my tickets. I kept an eye on the first ticket to make sure it became valid at the time of my trip. The time arrived and instead of becoming valid all 3 tickets just disappeared! Used a ticket machine instead, but later I discovered the problem. It had simply logged me out without warning. Once I signed in again the last 2 tickets reappeared. Not great if it logs you out during ticket check.
