I don't know why it changed so bad, before was very easy and comfortable to use, now it looks similar to another Korean apps No more adjustable m2, only 3 options of 평, And the differentiation between "villa and house" and the option of "one room and two rooms" seems very unnecessary to me. Before you could search for more options on the map.

When i disable 매매 and 전세, it still shows them on the map, and do not show the number of 월세 rooms available on the map

Every single listing on 다방 is fake.. bunch of scammers! Waste of time and money spent trying to meet up with the realtors just to find out that those listings aren't even available. They'll get you in just to show you listings that are complete opposite of what they've originally listed. This app/site needs to get shut down.
