Awful. Inconsistent. Every time there is an update you have to change PW. but not on the computer. Really bad app. Messages on open flash screen cannot he read. Medical documents are corrupted or empty when trying to download. No alert to update even tho it has to be updated VERY frequently. Can't upload documents in letter to doctor. At least 10 years behind the times.

When I try to get the code it doesn't show the panel where you need to put the code in, it says its loading and then nothing changes. When it does log me in it shows me the email section, doesn't let me press anything and then logs me out. I'm frustrated, I need an appointment as quick as possible and I can't call in the middle of the night!

Not in English On their automatic voice message on the phone they say how you can make an appointment easily by going on the app the app is horrible it's crazy that they haven't even fixed it yet it's 2022 it's so way behind it's impossible to make an appointment it's retarded
