I’m very disappointed with my first experience with CityMall. I rcvd a lunch box in a different color and an open box. Despite my initial refusal, the delivery person insisted I take it, saying I could return it easily. I initiated a return immediately, but it was stuck in 'pending' for over 36 hours, and then the option disappeared altogether. I’ve had to request a return again today. Either resolve this with a proper return or exchange for what I ordered. This has been a frustrating experience

My experience was good. I received the products on time and in the correct quantity. I only request that the shippers be more cautious when handling the goods. I mention this because when I ordered a bottled Patanjali hand wash, it leaked from the bottle cap and got onto the other items. My request is simply that this be avoided in the future. Otherwise My overall experience is good. I ordered from city mall app 1st time.

They intentionally show lower prices on products, but when a customer places an order, they cancel it without providing any reason. If you order at the regular price, they won’t cancel a single order. However, if there’s a special offer and you order a product at a lower price, they cancel the order and don't deliver the product. I've placed orders four times, and each time they canceled it.
