Latvijas Pasts mobile application will help you to find out various issues related to mail and your post.

The mobile application will provide the following options:

* POSTAL DIVISIONS - search for the nearest or the most interesting post office; each post office has its address, telephone number and opening hours.

* LETTER BOXES - Search for the nearest or the most interesting letter box; the address and time of collection of each letter box.

* PACKAGES - locations and addresses of PACKAGES

* TRACK ITEMS / MY ITEMS - Track registered mail items for registered user phone number and for customer numbered mail. Possibility of receiving push notifications in case of changes in parcel status.

* FORWARD SHIPPING - Change the destination of your shipment by redirecting it to the nearest parcel machine, post office, Circle-K or home address

* APPLY TO QUEUE - Apply at the post office queue on the go or at the office, get the queue number through the application

* TARIFF CALCULATOR - find out shipping costs

* ADDRESSES AND INDICES - Search for an address and find a postcode

Ratings and reviews

It automatically cancels the electronic request for waiting in the queue. There are no notifications when tech. work starts, any tab can simply disappear, support answers quite easy can be rude and interrupting, as if you are a complete lamer and do not understand anything in higher matters. Shipment tracking works awfully, notifications and updates are a separate kind of masochism. It's a pity cause post offices workers usually are guilted in any cases.

"Line number" stucks and crashes, no notifications, so you miss the line. "Feedback" button acts as "share", so you can't tell the creatotrs whats wrong with the app. Everything is wrong this app and full with bugs.

The app has a lot of bugs. More bugs than features. Parcel tracking doesn't work. "Atsauksmes" does the same as "Ieteikt". Got a notification that I have a new parcel. Clicked on the notification, app opened and no info was shown on how and where I can receive my parcel.
