I really like the app and I give it full five star but my only essu is when my plane exceeded ther are a lot of occasion when I have no access to the internet and the app required to be connected for purchasing, I really would like if the accessibility to the win app still available for a period of time when my plane exceeded so I'll be able to boost my internet. And thank you for your service specialty the costumer service it's very helpful

My experience with WIN by INWI has been terrible. I faced an issue where I didn’t get my money back, and my internet didn’t work for 11 days without any solution. Despite contacting customer support multiple times, the problem remains unresolved, and they often ended chats abruptly. It feels like they don’t care about their customers, and the lack of communication is frustrating. I can’t recommend this service to anyone looking for reliable internet or responsive support.

I'd love to learn about the fascinating Al that makes this app stop working right when you need it the most. Right now, the Al just detected that I really, really need to buy a pass, and as a consequence the app has been stuckon the loading screen. That's terrible.
