Ratings and reviews

What a bad service they offer, I made a little mistake a deposited wflr instead of flr. They are asking for 500 usd to unwrap. I do not recommend using this exchange by any means. Bad customer service, bad tech, bad policies.

Takes too long to validate ID. It's been 4 days and the funds are still locked. I have not heard one word from them. I am closing this account and moving on... if they ever validate my id. I am losing money because of it. Thanks Gate Hub!

I don't usually do reviews, but this app (and gatehub in general) is complete trash. Couldn't get my passport verified. Save yourself time and effort, and look somewhere else. There's a reason why the rating on this app is so low.
