I wasn't able to create an account after downloading the app. I followed the instructions provided (not much by the way) and had no success. What a bummer. I guess I'll just uninstall it since I can't use it.

I like that I can search a large list of libraries all together to see where to get a book from. I can now place a hold after giving to the library so they could verify my identity (just an FYI to others having issues). I deducted a star because one of my main libraries isn't included, and I use it for MOBIUS. It would be great to have it all in this so, which I know is asking a lot. But it never hurts to ask right?

Glad you can place a hold now! To build on what Anna said, if you signed up over the Internet you can't place a hold until you go into a branch and show ID.

Had problems in the beginning logging in. I had all the information correct, but the submit button would not respond when clicked. I then logged into my account on the website from my phone and when I went back to the app I was somehow logged in automatically.
