For the most part my experience as well. The app does show, when there's going to be a delay in pickup such as doing a holiday seasons. But it needs to work on it's notification, even though I have it on I don't always get notified. Other than that it's a good app

Most useful thing this county ever did. Keeps me posted on what pick up is going on this week and reminds me the night before. On the few occasions I've had an issue with my service when I reported through the app the issue was addressed the follow business day.

This is a good app. Its easy to keep track of services with reminders and a schedule so you can look ahead. Very easy to use the app to report problems with the service also.
