About this app

With OpenTodoList, you can manage your notes, todo lists and images in libraries. And you decide, where these libraries are stored:

You can sync your libraries with one of the supported services like NextCloud, ownCloud or Dropbox. Or you can decide to keep your files entirely local on the device where you use the app. Finally, as libraries are just plain files stored in a directory structure, you can use other apps, like Foldersync to keep them in sync with services not supported natively by OpenTodoList.

OpenTodoList is open source - at any time, you can study the code, build the app on your own and even extend it on your own. Visit https://gitlab.com/rpdev/opentodolist to learn more.

I stumbled upon this app and am very pleased. I was using another app to replace keep so my information also not data mined but this is wonderful because it syncs to my nextcloud automatically. Two small things if they could be added in a future release would be great. First, the icon is giving me the android head. I tried reinstalling and still the same. Second, if you could add the ability to rearrange the icons. Drag them to a different order not just alphabetical.

Thanks for you feedback! Regarding the icon - this is a know issue, which seems to happen on some Android devices. We're already on it. Regarding your second request: Not quite sure about what is meant here - it you don't mind, fill a request on our issue tracker to discuss this in detail: http://gitlab.com/rpdev/opentodolist/-/issues Thanks a lot!

This open-source app is commendable for its effort, but there are areas for improvement. The design needs to be more mobile-friendly (some pages requiring horizontal scrolling which is bizarre). The "Add new todo" option should be above the keyboard and the todo list should be typed down after pressing enter. Having to manually press the button is very unnecessary. Maybe add a toggle for system font and an adaptive icon?

Thx for your review! I filed issues for the things you noted. Unfortunately, I don't quite get the point about the "and the todo list should be typed down after pressing enter". Maybe this also could be a device/system thing. If you want, pls feel free to join the conversation in the issue tracker: https://gitlab.com/rpdev/opentodolist/-/issues
