I got here by a QR code on a motor with a missing nameplate... all I wanted to do was scan the QR and get a nameplate. if the QR button in the app is supposed to be clickable, it's not. it's obstructed by the top bar in android and it becomes unclickable. tried to search the catalog and there's nothing in it?

The app doesn't work. it won't recognize the labels on the motor. refuses to download manuals/ technical documents due to not recognizing serial numbers. what's worse is manufacturers did not include documents in the box when selling the motors. Just returning everything to the supplier. Will not use again even tho the price is more than competitive. Zero Stars
