Ratings and reviews

I use this app almost daily. This lastest update has made the app worse! It's very slow and cumbersome. It takes much longer to print out and post a parcel by filling out all the extra information. Why can't it remember my own rural address for sending. Then the label download link doesn't work. I have to go to my emails and click the download link from there. Your Android website is just as bad.

Worst app ever! Never works efficiently, always slow to load and you name the parcel but next time you open the app, the names gone. This app only had 100,000 downloads because 5,000 people have tried to make it work 20 times!! Uninstalled for the last time and using "aftership". A Chinese site that sends text messages at every stage of the delivery and texts "delivered" before nzpost even have it updated as such, on their website!!

Would be better if it could be used without an account as signing in is problematic and I get logged out for no reason sometimes. Difficult sign in process as the sign in page reloads if you switch away (eg if you use a password manager) and is slow in general. Would be good if you could paste in a tracking url link instead of having to copy just the number as this is what I am usually sent.
