The app was great until the latest update which means things aren't loading at all. lots of errors. I'm on android. (May 2019) Update - if you ever have an order problem through the app, don't bother calling the 0800 number to sort it. It's much faster to take action yourself. I ordered a number of items which were being sent to the wrong address, in two parcels, - I called the call centre as soon as it opened and was told the address had been updated to the correct one, but it was still sent to the wrong place a few days later. Now *I* have to collect the items because they couldn't be bothered doing it. Poor customer service. Really annoying because before this I had only one other bad experience with ordering online from them... they lost my items when I did Click and Collect.

Every time I go to check out it crashes and upon reopening has wiped my cart. Not a huge cart only 10 items and it will crash. Tried as guest...tried signing in same thing- attempt to check out and it crashes and empties the cart. Tried the browser and added to cart which loaded into the app on sign in only for it to crash at checkout again and not only wipe contents of my cart from the app but from my whole account so it had disappeared from the browser as well. Ended up giving up and paid the $8 shipping using my browser and the website just to get the order through before midnight when the special finished....minus a few items I didn't add to my cart out of sheer frustration of having to do it about 6 times already and being completely over it. Can't give zero stars but I guess you deserve to have the 1 because the initial layout and browsing etc is great...as long as you don't want to purchase anything through it. The free shipping was a great draw card to get the app too but adds insult to injury to not be able to qualify for it after 3 hours of trying to get the app to work only to have to end up using the browser and pay the shipping just to put an order through.
