Ever since the reopening of the alamo drafthouse ( which I'm ecstatic about ), the app doesn't work. Before the closing of the alamo drafthouse, the app worked flawlessly. I'm not sure if all they have to do is flip a switch, but plz fix it. The only reason I'm giving this a 1 star is in hopes someone on the corporate side sees this and gets this resolved.

I would love this app a ton more if it was more consistent sometimes it randomly drops and doesn't want to connect to any theatres, or pull up tickets. But when it works it's useful. Update lately this app has just stopped loading theaters or times I can use it to look at tickets I've purchased but not to make a new purchase.

The theater itself is 5 stars, but the app leaves much to be desired. Even though they have a "contact us" link, it just takes me to my local theater. It is a full-time job just to contact anyone. I have a season pass and it just DISAPPEARED from my phone and I can't get it back! If I go to the season pass page it just prompts me to buy one. When I do it says I already have one, but there's no way to get the app. When I click on my tickets it says I need the app and sends me back to buy a pass!
