Very bad experience we purchased the package of 800 mbps and its giving 60 mbps on my laptop with lan connected to it they r showing in their we are getting the speed of 700 i checked with 2 phones and 2 laptop still less than 100 mbps. We said we don't want the connection if connection is this weak they said you still have to pay for router and sign the contract we argued with the customer care for more than 2 hours still there is no solution

The auto pay I set up failed and didnt go through. So I paid through app and the transaction went for someone else's account!!!

Please fix this issue as soon as possible. Everyone is facing problems with recharging because the app is not working properly.
