It has been more than two weeks that the App is not working, and I can't go online. I contacted customer service many times and they are not able to fix it, or tell me what the issue is, the only response is that your account is active, and they are ignoring the issue.

I believe I get scammed. I give all my info and pay $25 for a background check.
