Hi, I have registered and able to login on the website on my PC, but unable to login on the app on my mobile. It states "the specific user does not exist". Kindly assist

I have installed the app and could login yesterday but today nothing opens up. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it but still the same issue. What could be the reason for this???
