My experience with the credit union has been good other than the time I was told I couldn't have a bedit card still uncertain about my account because they act like they have another card when I call

In addition to requiring a username that doesn't contain even part of your actual name or email, and a strong password, it also asks a security question every single time you log in. Never before have I seen a bank try this hard to stop me from making my car payments.

I have several bank & financial apps. Not a single one locks the app & requires you to call if you don't log in once every 30 days. This by far is the worst app that I've had to deal with. Listen to your members and improve this mess.
