With the eChhawani app, citizens of Cantonment boards can:

1. Lodge a complaint with your cantonment board for speedy resolution. With simplified complaint submission, status tracking and regular updates, all you need to improve your cantonment board is your phone!

2. Business made easy! You can apply for your Trade License, pay the License fee and download your Trade License.

3. Hassles transactions! You can download challans, make payments and download receipts right on your mobile.

4. Apply, track and get a water or sewerage connection right from your phone.

Ratings and reviews

This App doesn't open fully. It requires to be Uninstalled and Reinstalled Every time. There is only lukewarm response from the concerned officials. This App does not open or operate on high end Android phones eg., Google pixel 6a. The app needs to be upgraded suitably. The problem still persists,and not much improvement as such. The Notifications are not accessible and getting blocked.

This App is not at all user-friendly while paying the property tax. The mobile no and gender etc are printed wrong, which should be allowed to edited . This App must allow to take the screen shots of the transactions. There is an option to download the receipt but it's not getting downloaded and only can be viewed in the payment history. A very important Application should be made available in a professional way so that all can use and get benifited . Hoping to see improved version soon.

This app has been designed and developed by an amateur / college student as a project. For an app that should be top of the line for a national level organization, describing it as truly terrible is actually a praise. The app doesn't open. It needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled to get it to work. Not intuitive at all. Lot of the data in it is incorrect / inaccurate. Half the features don't work. And the worst Cantonment Board in the country doesn't pay attention to the complaints raised.
