I was perfectly happy with the old app and web site. Getting signed up for the new one was a pain, the budget tool I used all the time is gone, and the mobile app does nothing. It shows my balances and then freezes up. I can deposit the checks I need to.

kicked me off after a couple or years and was unable to login. reinstalled the app and need a security code the never arrived. when the app did work, the accounts (checking) only displayed vendor and recent transactions, not the latest balance. Basically useless!

Why fix what isn't broken? Rather than updating the existing banking app, First Credit Union created a whole new one, forcing users to uninstall and re-download the new app. I can't figure out why either, the new app is less user friendly, difficult to read with no contrast, glitchy and difficult to navigate overall. This app is NOT an improvement, and if I had the choice, I would continue using the old one (but it shut down/went defunct with no warning in lieu of this new one.) Frustrating.
