NPO "MONETA.RU" has access to the federal GIS GMP database in accordance with Federal Law No. 210-FZ "On the organization of the provision of state and municipal services" dated July 27, 2010 with the powers of a payment administrator, which is indicated in the list of credit institutions on the website of the Federal Treasury of the Russian Federation (https://roskazna.gov.ru/upload/iblock/0fb/Perechen_1_28_06_2023.pdf).

Payment of traffic police fines online is carried out through the NPO MONETA.RU (license of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation No. 3508-K dated July 2, 2012) and LLC A3 (money is transferred by PJSC Promsvyazbank, license Central Bank 3251 dated May 12, 1995).
