I can't import my pass from the old app to the new one, only about half of the stops at Disneyland actually show up on the app, and only about 1/4 of routes can be created in the trip planner, and even then, only if you select the stop and not current location or typing it in. App is worse than useless, it actively makes it harder to plan your day or trip.

This is a pretty bad app. Unless you have everyone purchase their passes separately, you have to ride together because there's no way to split them among your party. We had multiple adults who wanted to do their own thing and come and go as they pleased, but because the app functionality doesn't allow you to split tickets. If I purchase 4 adult tickets, I expect 4 individual adult tickets. Not one ticket that says 4 adults. Whoever made the app has no idea how people function. Bad bad bad.

This app is trash! It allows you to purchase a pass but then shows no routes available. Any time of day or night. I was at SNA airport and was told about this app at info desk along with 4 other people trying to get to Disneyland. None of us could get it to show a route. Went to the pickup point to wait and nothing happened for an hour, so a few of us decided to share a uber. Avoid this app.
