We bought tickets for Cinema Extreme, but without any notice, they had given the theater to a private event and when we got to the theater we realized this. We spent a lot of money and time, and filing a complaint and requesting a refund has not yet yielded any results, and apparently no one is responding

This app is terrible. It frustrates me so much, I have actually started to drive to Mall of Emirates to go to Vox, because it actually works. I have reloaded , updated etc, and there is always an issue. Roxy, I suggest you get some real web and/or App people to relook your app.

Since the latest update, i have been unable to purchase any tickets using the app. The app always fails when loading the payment screen. Also, none of the self kiosks at Dubai hills are working. Everyone is being forced to buy tickets from the counter.
