Very worst experience. Without any reason, they are keeping the settlement on hold even though customer have transferred it. Even if we raise a ticket regarding the issue, they are not responding. Getting no answer from them. No contact numbers, email I'd or anything. Worst app I have ever seen. Losing your credibility and confidence by users. Worrying why I used this app now.

Very very worst customer service. My profile is 100% verified. Just i have changed my account. Hence forth, Customers unable to make payment in any mode(Pay links, Website). No any option to contact customer support. Just a waste chatbot. Frustrating experience. 👎👎👎. Team Payu has a lot to learn from 🔥RAZOR PAY🔥.

Worst experience!!! and I didn't even opt for it! I came across PayUmoney through a payment gateway on some website...I made a payment which was successfully debited from my account but apparently they "failed" to deposit it in merchants account... So they called and messaged me again and again and insisted for payment through other app again, saying that the first amount will be refunded in my account...It has been 24 days since I am trying to call PayUmoney customer care but no success!!!
