ONPEID is a mobile application developed by ONPE that allows Peruvian citizens to identify themselves using their electronic DNI (version 2) mainly to access the digital voting boxes for electoral processes carried out in the non-face-to-face (remote) modality. . It is required to have the NFC protocol active on the cell phone and know the pin of the digital certificate contained in the electronic DNI.
