Ratings and reviews

I am using this app since last 6-7 years but last 6 months were just pathetic. No change in user interface since starting. In today's world of technology advancement, they are not upgrading themselves in line with the market, and every time I need to check client's holdings and every month updating the transactions manually by the help of RM. My subscription is abt to end next year but I am forced to end it soon as I am facing lot of complaints from clients and this in turn spoiling my image.

Using for approx 6 years but for last 3 months app is lagging too much. Rms didn't respond, not recieving call or response in whatsapp queries. Landline Number provided doesn't connect. Also most of the time app will not work or run very slow which will hamper your productivity

Team not supported after purchase. VERY COSTLY REGISTRATION FEES. TICKER WEALTH VERY LOW PRICE COMPARE TO OFA. & TICKER VERY GOOD FOR ACCESS AGAINST OFA. Many time data not telly with RTA. EVERY TIME WEB PORTAL VERY SLOW. NAME SEARCH VERY SLOW. DATA NOT FOUND WITH PAN. SIP DETAILS NOT OPEN, EVERY TIME BUFFERING. BANK DETAILS NOT SHOW. CAPITAL GAIN NOT SHOW PROPERLY. BSE PURCHASE LINK NOT SHOW & NEITHER NOT SHOW UCC CREAT OPTION. OVERALL OFA APP NOT GOOD FOR IFA AND CLIENT. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
