Great app, Scan&Go is one of the strongest features but also one of the weakest. Lots of problems with connection while shopping. Very frustrating the app downloads data every minute and then fails to do so. Worse with new version. Fix that and you get 5 stars. Add the option to download the whole product catalogue of my shop before shopping. Better to download an additional 100MB of data before starting, than wasting 30 minutes walking like an idiot around the supermarket trying to get signal.

It is the most awful application for grocery shopping I ever experienced. It simply gives link to a 19th century style website where the categorization of goods is so multi-layered that you have zero chances to find anything. It is amazing! Worst digital experience ever. I wonder how much revenue they lose. I wanted to order monthly with courrier service, but I will reconsider.

I couldn't think of a more inconvenient application to make. Why do I need to activate special coupons to get any promotion? Why can't I scan the card and any valid promotions are applied automatically if I have bought them? Are you trying to discourage people from using promotions? If that is your goal, well good job. I don't want to use your application because it's too much effort to look through what coupons to apply and select them. Please make your loyalty card more friendly, like Auchan or Żabka. I can scan my card, I get my loyalty points, and it's done. I do not have to play around in the application activating small coupons. For now, I cannot foresee using this app. It's so much effort to use it, and I don't want to be a loyal customer to a company that makes inconvenient applications. I mean who thought it was a good idea to scroll through 50 coupons and activate them individually, who has time for that?
