This app is horrendous. 90% of the time, ticket reservation features don't even work, and that's when the app even lets you log in. On the 10% chance you do get it to work, it's unresponsive for long periods of times, may not accept your form of payment for no reason, and usually fails to show up in your transaction history. To make matters worse, errors just have a number next to them and no source to see what those numbers reference. The hell am I supposed to do with that? Go to AMC instead.

Tried to order tickets on 2/18/24. Ordered the tickets. The app said that the transaction couldn't complete. Waited a few minutes to order the same seats again and the order went through the second time. But my credit card got billed twice. I see another review from 2/16 had the same issue!! I have filed a credit card dispute. Ridiculous, especially since I bought the same exact seats the second attempt. Clearly didn't have two people in the seats.

You need to fix your app. Since you created this new one, it fails to provide accurate information regarding our rewards or the correct movie price. I've been told to go to the website for my rewards, but how hard could it be to allow us to see it on this app like the old app did. And as for prices, I don't appreciate wasting my gas driving to the theater to find out different prices. Tuesdays are supposed to be $6.00 but your app shows only full price.
