We have prepared the mobile application primarily for Santander Consumer Bank customers who have signed the Agreement for the Provision of Electronic Banking Services for Telephone Banking Services (BE Agreement) and have or had a product agreement.
Thanks to the mobile application, you have convenient access to information about your credit or savings products.
If you have a credit card:
- check available funds,
- view completed transactions,
- you will gain access to summaries,
- you can pay off your card conveniently and quickly,
- you will see contract details and other documents,
- in addition, you can activate a new card, change the card PIN, set or change the password for online transactions, set limits for cash and non-cash transactions, temporarily block or permanently block the card in case of theft or loss. These functionalities are available if you have an Agreement for the Provision of Electronic Banking Services for Telephone Banking Services (BE).
If you have a cash loan, installment loan or special purpose loan:
- you will check the loan schedule: the number of installments and the outstanding amount,
- you can conveniently repay the loan installments,
- you will see the history of your payments,
- you will see contract details and other documents.
If you have a savings or deposit account:
- manage your savings,
- you can check the history of transactions on the account and the interest earned,
- withdraw funds from the account,
- you will check the data for depositing funds into the account,
- you will see the projected profit and the deposit expiry date,
- you will see contract details and documents.
