I'm happy to say that I've used the app multiple times and have successfully gotten rides accepted, even though it does take some time for this to happen. They are many cars around these days on the map however the difficulty to get a car has not significantly improved. My major complaint however is the inaccuracy of the map used in this app. The map addresses are utterly wrong in my area, which confuses the drivers, as they tend to think I'm from the area the map is saying. Please fix.

I've been using this app for over a year consistently. However, the app itself has been laiden with problems and there is room for improvement on the customer support side. I've reached the point where I may discontinue this service. It can't just be about the bottomline. If you're unable to be straightforward with your clientele, resolve issues & inform them of said issues in-app for both your user-base & your drivers, then we have a problem. No drivers or customers means you have no business.

Very disappointed! - I booked a ride for work, and it said the driver was 9 mins away... The app didn't even notify me that the ride was cancelled. - Other attempts to book were unsuccessful. Drivers in the area, but the ride was not accepted. - The addresses on the maps were also a concern. ...Positive, interaction with the service team wasn't bad.
