Moja mBanka Raiffeisen – Mobile banking without limits!

Moja mBanka is Raiffeisen’s most advanced mobile banking app to date. It enables you to access your accounts and execute payments quickly and easily with your mobile phone, no matter where you are.
The application may be used by private individuals, small enterprises and entrepreneurs.

Users can enjoy many features, some of the most used ones being:

- Information on the balance on accounts, cards and loans
- Payments and account money transfers
- Currency exchange – converting currencies
- Saving the account details of your most frequent recipients for easier and faster payments
- Locations and working hours of the closest branch offices, ATMs and working hours
- Mobilni KEŠ – sending money with the use of PIN or QR code via the channel of your preference (Viber, SMS, Messenger, etc.)
- Inbox for easier and faster communication with the bank
- Intuitive menu that changes with the menu
- Introduced User Profiles which enable users to manage their personal data directly from the mobile device

Small enterprises and entrepreneurs who are clients of the bank have at their disposal at any time:

- Information on the balance and movements on their dinar and FX accounts, as well as on their payment card accounts
- Domestic payment transactions in dinars

HOW TO BECOME A USER

Private individuals who are already users of electronic banking provided by Raiffeisen banka can activate the app on their mobile phone using only a username and password.

Those individuals who are not yet users of electronic banking can become users by requesting an SMS code by calling our Contact Center or in any branch office of Raiffeisen banka a.d. Beograd.

Small enterprises and entrepreneurs can become users by submitting a request for using mobile and telephone banking in any branch office of Raiffeisen banka a.d. Beograd.

I don't understand how this app has rating > 4. Since I have been using the app, three times I had to call the call centar to request a code to activate the mobile app, even though I know my credentials. User experience for app activation is BIG 0. The same is for raiffeisen online, after some time I had to call them again to create a new account, even though I had one before. While activating the app, at some point you are not able to proceed to the next step and it's not specified why!

Dear Sir, if you forget your username or password, you need to create a new account that requires an activation code, which you can get by calling the call center at 011/3202-100. Automatic delivery of activation codes via SMS for token reactivation is temporarily disabled due to active phishing activities

After a while, application "forgot" my pin and I can't access anything anymore. I tried creating a new pin with username and pass I have. Then to verify that it was me, they'll send me a sms with a code to procced. I got the sms that says call our contact center to get a code! Don't bother to install the app that doesn't work or in the best case scenario it works at first and than when you really need it, it won't work at all. If you can, avoid the bank entirely.

Dear Dorian, we are sorry for the inconvenience. To protect our clients during current fraud campaigns, application activation is only possible by calling the contact center, which is available 24/7 to obtain an activation code. In this way, we want our users to be safe when using digital channels.

Generally the application is pretty good, but there's an Raiffeisen ad as soon as I log in. The ad might change through time but it takes spaces and pushes the transaction list below. Sometimes I click on this by accident and it goes out of the application which is annoying. I don't really need to "Dopunim moj budzet". This wasn't there before the rework of the application so someone must have decided that this is a "good" "idea" and someone must have listened to these orderes. Such a shame.
