Ratings and reviews

Twice I ordered food from this app and it never arrived. Once the order was cancelled literally the moment it was supposed to arrive, the other time I ordered food that was supposed to arrive, and customer support failed to acknowledge that it wasn't coming for more than an hour late at night, preventing us from ordering something else in time. I strongly recommend avoiding this app. It's ruined two nights for me already.

Last time when ordering food somehow app got my location wrong , and order went to different location. Courier said that he can't ride to my location. I asked support to deliver it with another courier(and suggested to pay for it, although it wasn't entirely my fault. App used to always suggest my address right.) but they say that it's impossible and suggested that I go and take my order . And charged me full price, although I didn't get anything.

good app. works a bit slow sometimes but nothing critical. I don't use yandex stuff that often but this one is not bad.
